Reporting infringement
If you believe something on SoundFolio infringes your copyright or other rights, email hello@soundfolio.app with:
- Your name and contact details, and who you're acting for if it isn't you.
- A description of the work you believe is being infringed.
- The URL of the content on SoundFolio.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the rights owner or the law, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
What we do
We'll review your report. Where appropriate, we'll remove or disable the content and let the person who uploaded it know. They can respond, for example if they believe they do have the right to use it, and we'll consider what they say.
Please only send genuine reports. Knowingly false claims can have legal consequences.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe other people's rights will be closed.
